At Good Vibes CBD & Wellness, we are committed to delivering your order promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy to understand our procedures and terms. Orders are processed within 48 hours of placement, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for reliable delivery. Standard delivery times range from 2-5 business days depending on your location. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by USPS or unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss shall pass to the Buyer when the goods are placed in the possession of a common carrier. By placing an order, you confirm that you are complying with all applicable local laws regarding the receipt of hemp-derived products.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except for in the event of damaged goods. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us for assistance within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
We will require:
Your order number, which is provided in the invoice that arrives with your order, details pertaining to item(s) you wish to return and a photo of the damaged item(s). Please email the information and photo to whatsupgoodvibes@gmail.com
REFUNDS
Returns will be processed within 5-7 business days and we will notify you by email once your refund or replacement has been processed. Refunds may take up to 10 business days depending on your bank.
During major holidays, please allow a maximum of 7-10 business days for your refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.
All refunds will be issued to the purchaser’s original payment method, less the shipping charges.
